Hover to expand card into full info card view instead of floating sidepane.
We definitely want a variant for this type of UI. The reason is that on small screens the side preview most of the time covers up the actual card. This leads users to try to hover away from the card in order to dismiss it, not realizing that they could click through it. The hover to expand like what HS does is definitely superior actually.
