Silence Updates

I would also consider reworking silence to make it not replace card but just update values instead too though probably, we can even make silence cancelled on leavesPlay then

it doesn't break bindings like trigger on event if you dont' replace card maybe if you change the ciid lol

I think devs should be able to keep bindings and, if they want to break them, refer to silenced too (or maybe introduce an event that triggers on both) for example, "devensive: silence attacker" is harder to implement rn it's just 1 extra line of code, but what if I'll come up with more complicated boardstates?

i can't think of any instances where you want to be able to keep bindings but can think of instances where you don't

also, devs may want to, for example, keep stats, but remove text (like it's done in Eternal) "Invoke: Select a unit. Do something with that unit over the course of the game." may, depending on what dev wants, want to keep binding on silence
