[Bug] If card loses rush it doesn't lose its free attack

There seems to be a bug with the rush property as this worked previously.

The above card removes Rush from the board. Previously if a unit was played it would lose rush and its free attack. Now it seems even though the card loses the rush property, it still has the free attack or at least doesn't suffer summoning sickness.
